Project Details
The renovation/furnishing of this loft in the historic Meatpacking District brought a sense of clarity to the existing plan. Extensive millwork cabinetry is utilized as both practical storage and as a calming visual element. Natural light is brought into the entry through the use of a glass wall and a pivoting glass door. The materials palette reflects the refined, yet raw, character of the existing space.

The accents are great, but my favorite part is the maturity brought about by the minimalism of the decor. However, this is made more effective by the character supplied by the aforementioned accents. The apartment as a whole is phenomenal.
I love the various industrial accents in this place. They add an urban character to a very mature modern apartment.
