Simple is beautiful in this kitchen, where the design takes it’s cue from the Shaker furniture style. Neat woodworking in the cabinets and not-quite rural cast iron and wicker chairs are classy in their nondescript styling.
The room is not without contemporary styling, the accents provided by the stainless steel appliances, the granite counter tops, and of the course intricate vases on display all bring a delightful contrast to the traditional Shaker theme. This kitchen is a true integration of the old and the new.
