The Future City and the Future Town are the biggest independent real estate approved projects in Brazil at the SANTOS DUMONT Road near the dowtown area of the City of Rio Janeiro, the Land Bank has 6.000.000,00m2 (square metters) of approved land; the total approved construction are is 5.200.000,00 m2 (square metters); the Total selling prices is R$ 34.000.000.000,00 (21,250,000,000 USD) and the real estate assets is R$ 10.200.000.000,00 (6,375,000,000 USD).

Thye Future City is going to an I.P.O Initial Public Offer of a capital of (R$ 6.000.000.000,00) (3,750,000,000 USD) and the Future Town has a capital of R$ 4.200.000.000,00) (2,625,000,000 USD).

The FUTURE CITY from the City of RIO, Brazil, since november 2010 is negotiating with the law company BM&A for the creation of a PRIVATE EQUITY FUND and advise the Future City for it registration at CVM COMISSÃO DE VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS for the I.P.O-Initial Public Offer at the BM&FBOVESPA, Brazil.

The Brazil company FUTURE CITY at november 2010 in the City of RIO is creating a PRIVATE EQUITY FUND to be registered at CVM COMISSÃO DE VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS the Brazil Commission of Assets for the amounth of $ 15,000,000 or more. This amounth will provide the start up of the company with a capital of R$6 billion reais (U$3,529,411,700)and to made an I.P.O -Initial Public Offer at the BM&FBOVESPA the Brazil Stock Exchange at the City of São Paulo. The company FUTURE CITY has more than 22 years and is registered in all Brazil Public Government: Federal, State and Municipal.
The Brazil real estate market is bomming like never was before we are opened to receive proposals of real estate investors or International Funds for the PEF.

Viktor Kochmanski was born in Poland at december 1945 in 1948 the Kochmanski,s family immigrate to Brazil to the City of Sao Paulo at 1964 the family moved to the City of RIO were he finished at 1969 the Architecture degree and during his studies worked for SERVENCO construction&developer company and SOCICO construction&developer company where he made at 1970 two complete architecture luxury projects of residential condominium buildings at 1970 he finished his master degree in engineering economicis when he begin in his own construction company and build many luxury residential condominiuns buildings at the Ipanema and Leblon beaches until 1978 when he begin to work at his architecture Rio office made was approved by all Brazil Authorities the Master Plans of the real estate projects GEBARA CITY, GEBARA HILLS 1,2,3&4 and GEBARA PARK with his brother in law ANTONIO GEBARA of 6 million square metters of approved land.
At 1992 he immigrate to USA to New York City and became a permanent resident since than he is a real estate consultant at the NYC real estate industry.
He became at 2008 a Brazil lawyer and create the KOCHMANSKI FAMILY Office, the KOCHMANSKI&KOCHMANSKI Advogada, the QUEIROZ NASCIMENTO KOCHMANSKI Advogados a powerfull Law group to take care of these real assets for developer&construct all these real estate approved projects also create at 2009 the corporation FUTURE CITY with a capital of U$ 3 billion he is negotiating since August 2007 with brazilian banks to go public with the Land Bank of assets of U$ 5,1 billion dolars the total approved construction area is 5,2 million square metters the total value of selling real estate produtcs is U$ 17 billion dollars.
He is working to go public with the FUTURE CITY at BM&FBOVESPA and to create a second company FUTURE TOWN with assets of U$ 2,7 billion to go public.
He live and work at the City of RIO in two own offices at Copacabana beach.
