Scenic Hudson has announced the winners of their online digital photography contest. And the winner is….. Jack Gilman of Yonkers, New York. The above photo, Palisades Clouds, was taken from the Yonkers waterfront. If you haven’t recently been to the Yonkers waterfront, its worth the trip.
