A signature color...
(image via Puerto Swegian's flickr site. The eyes are a little scary, I know...don't stare directly at them, she's thinking too pink!)(Inspired as always from Peak of Chic blog, this images was posted a couple days back, designed by Mary McDonald)
(Miles Redd, the ever so talented...always picks the perfect pink as you will see with these images, shown top and bottom two images as well, all featured in Rooms to Inspire book)

**Too strong of a pink for you weak at heart, a more subtle pink is just a great...and not too girlie I assure you. **
(Image via Domino Magazine website)**But maybe you're scared, and I get that...you could start small like the image below. The accents of pink in this room just make the difference.**

Hermes...how I love thee!

It's sick, I know...but only you will understand my love for Hermes. I'm not typically big on labels, not all over my purses or clothes....but this one is hard to resist! On my list of "hope to have someday", this Hermes blanket makes it for sure, I would take it in any color really...

It's the perfect blanket for the end of the bed! (Images above and below are of the home of Bruce Glickman and Wilson Henley featured in this month's Elle Decor)

If you just so happen to have an extra lying around....well then use if for your spare bedroom!

It is always sure to make a statement, no matter the room! Here the blanket is featured in a bunk room, designed for the Watersound showhouse by Suzanne Kasler (featured in Southern Accents/July-Aug. '04)
I would place mine on a sofa...and if I had a buddy for it, well I'd do what you see here. Some blankets just like to be in pairs, or so that's what I've heard. Either way, I will have you someday Hermes blanket...just wait!
**Anna from Absolutely Beautiful Things must love Hermes as much as I do, check our her post today on these fantastic blankets as well!**

The perfect print...
Ever wondered what your bed frame might look like upholstered head to toe in Kelly Wearstler's Imperial Trellis fabric...or simply where you could buy one, well look what I just stumbled upon...Plantation LA is selling their Anson Bed upholstered this fantastic print. What do you think?
*A reader pointed out that this may be a flawed item, where the pattern doesn't match up on the headboard, interested buyers take note*

The details make the difference...
and I do believe that! You can take a fairly simple piece of furniture and with the use nailheads, change the feel of it completely. I'm a sucker for nailheads, no matter their use...and here are some companies that created some fun designs with nailheads on ottomans, hope you enjoy!
